Accordionist, arranger, composer and teacher - Shelia comes to us from the Gulf of Texas.
Shelia studied the accordion with Bill Palmer, as in Palmer & Hughes, and was a member of the Palmer & Hughes Symphony at the University of Houston. Shelia has taught the accordion for many years and has written many arrangements and has created instructional workshop CD’s and DVD’s for beginners and intermediate players.
